We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. 22I7 guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents though.

Proof of purchase is required on return. Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

Please note 22I7 is not responsible for shipping cost on return unless specified on a promotional event.

Non-member returning a retail purchase: Name, address, phone, and email are required to process your return.

    • When exchanging the same item for a different size or color, place your order by phone/email to customer service and we will match the original purchase price on your exchange, where applicable. Then return your original item for a refund.
